Guided tours

Discover things well worth seeing – guided tours through the town and the Erding tourist region

The best way to get to know and understand the land and the people, as in our Erding tourist region, is to join a guided tour. Become immersed in the history of our towns, take a look behind the scenes at Munich Airport and of what is probably the most famous of wheat beers (Weißbier). Using all your senses and surrounded by interesting stories.

Guided tours through the town – your walk through Erding

Every third Sunday in the month a guided tour of the town takes place with Walter Schachtner.

Meeting point: 14 h, Schöner Turm, Landshuter Straße 12

Length: roughly 75 minutes / cost: per person € 5,00 / children under 12 are free

Over and above this the Erding’s town guides offer two further variations for private tours of the town. Whilst the short walk takes about an hour, the longer version takes over two hours. Along with an outline of the history of the town the various historic buildings are also described. Further particulars and the arranging of the tour can be organised by phone: +49 (0) 8122 /54196 or +49 (0) 8122 9998112. Rates on request depending on date and group size.
